Residential Cleaning Services

Who will clean my house/apartment?


Your home is in good hands! Our cleaners go through a stringent hiring and training process. They all wear the SanitizingSquad uniform.




Do I have anything to do before a cleaning session?


We recommend picking up any items (toys, clothing etc.) that may limit our ability to clean the floor properly. We advise removing dishes from sink and countertop to allow proper cleaning. While we handle your belongings with care, we also recommend putting away any fragile items or valuables that you deem irreplaceable. In case such items cannot be moved, please notify the cleaning crew so that our team will not clean such items.

In case you have any preferred cleaning products or equipment to be used, please notify us and leave the products and equipment visible for our cleaning crew.

If you have aggressive or exotic pets, we should be notified and the pets must be kept safely away from the cleaning crew.




Can I book a cleaning service if I have pets?


Of course! Our cleaning crew is used to being around pets and, most importantly, cleaning after them. We pay great attention not to have pets ingest or inhale our cleaning products. We know all the tricks to get rid of persistent odors or excessive pet hairs. We charge an addtional $10 for the incurred additional workload. If you have aggressive or exotic pets, please notify us and keep the pets locked away during the cleaning session.




Do I need to provide any cleaning supplies or equipment?


We provide all cleaning supplies needed to clean your house. We carry conventional cleaning products and equipment. For an extra charge, we can provide homemade organic cleaning products when requested by the client at least 24 hours before the cleaning session.

In case you have any dedicated cleaning products or equipment that you want us to use, please notify us and leave the products and equipment visible for our cleaning crew.




What happens if anything is damaged during cleaning?


While we handle your belongings with care, accidents may happen. If our cleaning crew were to accidentally damage your property or belongings during a cleaning session, we would make every effort to replace or repair the damaged item. When deemed appropriate, we will file an insurance claim.




What are the operating hours?


Our standard working hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm from Monday to Saturday. Shall you need our services outside of our standard operating hours, please contact us, and we will try our very best to accommodate your needs.




Do I need to be home during the cleaning session?


You do not need to be home while we are cleaning as long as you indicate how to access and securely leave your property. Shall you give us a key to your home, it will be kept securely so that only your assigned cleaning crew can identify and use the key.

While we do not expect you to be onsite during cleaning sessions, we recommend you to be home on our arrival for the first cleaning session, so that your cleaning crew can introduce themselves to you and do a walk-through of your home with you. It is an opportunity for you to provide us with any instructions you may have omitted during the booking process.




How do I pay for the cleaning service?


When booking a service, we charge a reservation deposit payable via our website.

You may decide to pay the full amount of the service before its completion. Upon reception of your booking request, we will send a confirmation email which will include the payment instructions shall you wish to pay beforehand.

If you prefer to pay after the service is delivered, the balance is payable on the day of the cleaning onsite (cash or debit/credit cards) or remotely through PayPal, Zelle, CashApp, or Venmo. The deposit amount is deducted from the total cost of the cleaning session for one-off services or kept towards the next scheduled session(s) for packages.

We can also accept credit card information over the phone.

We currently do not accept checks.




Do you offer cleaning packages?


Yes, we offer different cleaning packages (weekly, bi-weekly, every three weeks, and monthly). The more frequent the cleaning session, the lesser we charge per cleaning session.

When buying a cleaning package, there is a commitment period. The commitment period is of one month for weekly and bi-weekly services. It is of two months for triweekly and monthly services.




Do you spray houses against COVID-19?


We disinfect your house by applying cleaning & disinfection guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Per such guidelines, we use disinfectants that are approved by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for use against COVID-19. After a deep cleaning of your house we apply such disinfectant on all high touched areas of your house. You may also decide to get the disinfection service without the deep cleaning if your home is already clean.

Upon your request, we may apply an approved hospital-grade disinfectant over all high touched areas in your house, or we can spray a disinfectant in all rooms of your house. However, it is important knowing that a routine application of disinfectants indoor by spraying or fogging is not recommended by the World Health Organization.

How much do you charge for the services?


The cleaning needs for commercial clients vary significantly from one business to another. We adapt our cleaning protocol and equipment to your exact requirements. If we don’t have a standing contract, do you offer emergency or one-off cleaning services for businesses?


Yes, we offer one-off or emergency cleaning services to businesses. When there is no standing contract defining the terms of our relationship, please assign a unique individual who will be onsite during the cleaning session to share any information deemed necessary for us to meet your expectations.




If we don’t have a standing contract, do we need to provide any cleaning supplies or equipment for a one-off cleaning service?


We provide all standard cleaning supplies needed to clean your business. We carry conventional cleaning products and equipment. For an extra charge, we can also offer organic cleaning products when requested at least 24 hours before the cleaning session.

In case you own dedicated cleaning products or equipment that you want us to us, we will accommodate your needs and use the supplies that you will provide to our team.

We disinfect businesses by applying cleaning & disinfection guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). We use disinfectants that are approved by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for use against COVID-19. After a deep cleaning of your facility we apply such disinfectant on all high touched areas. You can also pick just the disinfection service if your office spacce has been very recently cleaned.

Upon your request, we may apply an approved hospital-grade disinfectant over high touched or spray the premises with disinfectant. However, it is important knowing that a routine application of disinfectants indoor by spraying or fogging is not recommended by the World Health Organization.
